Genitourinary Oncology Self-Assessment Program (GUO-SAP) is a comprehensive update on the diagnosis and management of cancers of the Kidney, Urinary Bladder, Testes, and Prostate.

Target Audience
Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Surgical Oncologists, and Urologists.

Learning Objectives
After completing this Category 1 CME program (GUO-SAP), the practicing oncologist will be better able to:

 Understand the standard of care for all stages of testes cancer.

 Describe the incorporation of surgery and radiation therapy into

 the care of testes cancer patients.

 Delineate short- and long-term toxicities of testes cancer therapy.

 Understand the data on VEGF- and mTOR-directed therapy in

 renal cancer.

 Describe the different histologic subtypes of renal cancer

 and their etiology.

 Understand the common toxicities seen with VEGF- and

 mTOR-directed therapies.

 Describe the integration of surgery and radiation therapy with

 systemic therapy in the treatment of bladder cancer.

 Understand the differences between low grade papillary and high

 grade invasive urothelial cancer of the bladder.

 Describe the data with first and second line systemic therapy for

 urothelial cancer.

 Compare and contrast active surveillance, surgical, and radiation

 therapy approaches to primary prostate cancer.

 Describe the dependence of prostate cancer on androgen signaling

 as well as the short- and long-term toxicities of androgen ablation.

 Describe data on second and third line hormonal therapy in

 prostate cancer.
